What I suggest is to buy a Large Water can, hay, 15 kg of food and maybe a small cart if it's affordable at this point (what you really want is an EPIC small metal cart).

We need more dakka!

Also, I say we dump that whole merchant business and decide to become avenger, making money by killing robbers.

From my playing of the game it seems shops won't buy stuff you commonly get from robbers for very long, and it's not worth that much anyway so it isn't really going to work in the long term.

Buy some food (for you and the donkey), a small cart, some water carrying stuff and some goods so you can get trading.

Making money trading is just too easy in this game. Trying to do it fighting would make for a much more interesting one.

DAMNIT ACURA PUT THAT IN A SPOILER!!!
I see no car here.

Anyway, they might not have been actual ninjas. It said Robbers on the map. It's just that every single one of them(in nearly every single encounter) was dressed in black(in the desert? Dumbasses) and every single one of them had a katana(proof they are not ninjas. Ninjas use the ninjato -not katanas- a sword especially suited to their purpose. And sometimes guns, but pretty rarely).

Besides, what would ninjas be doing in a post-apocalyptic Wild West-themed environment? It's not the most appropriate situation for them... Or perhaps, it's the best possible appropriate situation for them.

Dude he's how it should go bro.
Trade that springfield for an M1.
Get all the water bottles and stuff and fill up.
Get 100/75kg. of Forage.
10 Kg. of Food.
Possibly a cart. And then as much leather as possible.
Sell Leather in Caganel, then get shoes, sell 'em at Drushlak (In plenty of cases they buy 'em for 100 bucks per unit.)
Then get clothes, load off in Poca Cosa then repeat.
It's slow, yes, but starts your business off.

You can get weapons, water, food, hay and ammo from robbers. Sure, it'll be hard to get armor, or even enough money for a car, but that's the fun!

You can't get much hay, and not that much money. I've tried.

Yeah, I mean it's hard. Really hard. But I don't think it's impossible.

I need to try.

These are the particular types of robber groups I remember.

Red= They will fuck your shit up if you're not careful!
Orange= Use caution
Yellow= Somewhat dangerous

We have plenty of ammo for now TYVM. What I suggest is to buy a Large Water can, medicine (50 units), hay, five kg of food and maybe a small cart if it's affordable at this point (what you really want is an EPIC small metal cart).

Store: lot's of stuff on display here, everything has a price... and sometimes if you come at the right time of day, there are lot's of good items to chose from... and for some reason they carry some 300L of fuel... that is constantly on market... and since no one in their right mind would come this far with a fuel jerry can, it just sits there... must've been scammed...

Cart Shop: kindof a weird place for one, as Poca Cosa is far from any real trading circles... but with a farm, you kinda need one...

Market: It's more like a large warhouse, made of clay... light comes in though enormous sky-lights, pff, more like holes in the ceiling, Goods are spread out everywhere... though the selection is barely varied, you can still make some good money out here...

Sold: 2 Glass Bottles $0.86
Total: +$0.86

Bought: 2 Medium Water Bottles $31.36, Water Jerry can $52.25, 50u of Medicine $33.32, 5u of Food $3.15, 39u of Forage $1, 1 Small Wooden Cart $346.50
Total: -$467.48

Grand Total: -$466.72

Cash left: $533.28

Inventory:
$533.28
6 Kg of Food
22 L of Water, 1 L = 1 Kg
Spoiler: Springfield M1903 (click to show/hide)
50 .30-06 Springfield Ammunition, 0.022 Kg each
Spoiler: Donkey (click to show/hide)
Category: Cart
Capacity multiplyer: x2
Weight: 40
Max Capacity: 300
2 Medium Water Bottles, 0.05 Kg each
Water Jerry Can, 1 Kg
50 u of Medicine, 1g each... almost negligable (round it up to the nearest Kg)
39 Kg of Forage

Food Consumption: 0.9 Kg/Day
Water Consumption: 7.2 L/Day
Forage Consumption: 6 Kg/Day
Fuel Consumption: 0 L/100Km

You also hook the cart up to the animal, making it accually useful, and fill up your water containers with water...

woulda had this one in earlier but family issues...

7 FUCKING REPLIES?!?!

though that last one was helpful... ish
