Only fish that I have seen as bad as the carp...

Sea Lamprey, I had just embarked, my fisherman wandered to a river and only a few seconds later a Sea Lamprey rips him into the river he drowned. and ironically, A swarm of Carp were about 5 squares away...If only I could get about ton of the Lamprey of into a Noble killing platform...  ;)

Sharks seem harmless,as soon as one appears all the dwarfs scatter away from the fishing pier,sea lamprey never bothered them,and there was plenty about.

a lamprey took out both my adventurer's eyes with a single bite back in 40d.  not the longest adventure.

Heh, once I made a dwarf who went rampaging and took out a ton of elves...and then, the ONLY remaining Sword-elf left chopped off my hands and the druid beat me to death with a stick...only one word is fitting for that...OW.
