Let is be known. I love Eugen now. He offered to do the write ups, so I can focus on doing matches.

Will do writeups once I actually have the first few results out.
MATCH 1:

breadbocks: Welcome to the third Gladiator Challenge!
Toonycj(Another alias): Indeed. For this first match we have the very even matchup of Sledge the second, managed by Areku, and the self managed Eugenitor.
bb: There the fighters come! First out is Sledge II, carrying the family maul, followed closely by Eugen, warming up with his axe.
Toon: And there goes the starting gun! And Sledge is off like like a madman, catching Eugen off guard, and smashing him in the head! However, he shakes it off, and counters at Sledge!
bb: And he jumps away! Sledge has superb reflexes. He throws a half-hearted blow and misses. Eugen is just landing from jumping away, when the maul flies into his leg.
Toon: Interesting. Either way, both are rather even so who knows how long it will be till another blow is landed... Wait. Another blow to Eugen's right leg... And now we are back to normal.
bb: Sigh. Looks like Sledge will win this. Eugen has yet to land a blow.
Toon: Sums up my thoughts. At least Eugen has gotten in a few blows by now. And... wait WHAT?!?!
bb: It seems like Eugen just cut off Sledge's lower body. Well, we have a winner.

Now we understand the one-shot kill. It was a mercy killing.

Now, Abodrifot, I'mma let you finish, but Jude Law did the best Vasily Zaytsev impersonation of all time.

Breadbocks, I've run far more matches than you have JUST TESTING POSSIBLE OUTCOMES OF FIGHTS. (And few of them are any good for me, btw...)

I've got a reasonable schedule for myself now. One update every Tuesday, and Thursday. Two updates on Saturday. One/Zero updates depending on how I'm feeling on Monday.

Eugen, to distract you from your fighter's failings, matches 4&5 are just begging to have flavor.

Axe me a question. Go on.

How many axes are you holding up?

Four. No wait, three. Wait, I miscounted. Two. OH GOD MY ARMS! NO FAIR! QUIT CUTTING MY ARMS OFF.

Lol. The problem with that setup was that you can only use one weapon at a time... Hmm... I might just start analyzing the loser's setup...

If I was the antwoman, I would have tri-wielded shields.

If I was the antwoman, I would have tri-wielded shields.

Multi-wield doesn't work that way either. There's really little benefit to sending in a fighter with four arms in this contest, although with an adventurer you get to have a choice of on-hand weapons. (Crossbow, axe, scourge, shield is great)  Scratch that, you can't seem to actually choose what weapon to use unless you start dropping things or putting them away. Dammit.

Oh, and breadbocks. To test how four-arm wielding works, I made characters in the arena. It took me ALL OF FIVE MINUTES. This contest can be finished in an afternoon if you GET OFF YOUR ASS.
