Fake Security programs tend to be the most vicious viruses. Especially since due to a limitation of the hardware/Software it disables your virus protection.

Usually I shut down my computer's internet ASAP when that happens so it doesn't download the full virus.

One time that was what saved my computer because I was able to delete it manually somewhat enough to get a virus protection it couldn't delete.
