Just a moment ago I talked to one of the priests at a temple of 'Milu'. (A god of day)

I asked him about the temple, and he told me:

'It is said that the open structure of the Sanctuary of Light can allow one to experience the glory of day for Milu.'

Quite interesting, really, because there was not a single randomness or fault in what he said.
The structure is open, the name is related to daylight, and the God is a god of day.


I recall names of Gods, temples and their structure not being related to one another. Did I miss a change to this?

They really are related. Have a look around other temples, all the temples of Milu probably will have open roofs. Some other religions will vary between their temples, and there's probably a religion that has no open roof in any temple. But they will have a defining consistency, based on their sphere of influence.

I've seen one where all temples had stagnant water in their basement floor ("consider murk!"), one that had rough-hewn basements that showed the natural rocks and minerals (god of deep and gems,) another that always had artworks (god of beauty and commerce), and another that was always open to sky and had fresh water at ground or basement (titan of nature and rivers). And the priests always remarked on it.

I had the same thing with an open-roofed temple which was supposed to let you experience thunder.

Okay, now that's got my attention.

The only Adventure mode I've played thus far was in the .06 or .08 Kobold Camp mod (Generally sticking with swordbolds), which had something that struck me as unusual: There were something like 8 religions in the world... All of them were started by the same Titan and all of them about Blight and Persuasion. Guess I can look forward to some variation in .12 or .13. Whichever the OP happened in.

Found another hydra cult, associated with strength and rebirth, but it's the muck they praise the most, with their stagnant waters. I haven't seen any temples dedicated to dragons or colossi yet, I wonder what their feature is.

That reminds me of the time I hit a child off the top of a tower, it then said that I have discovered magma.

Surely I couldn't of hit the child THAT hard off of the tower?
