No idea what the "Hace 42 minutos" is though.  Latin maybe?  Doesn't do much good if the person he's talking to doesn't know what it means.
I think you should ask what this Hace # Minutos thing is, assuming it isn't something you're familiar with.

It's obvious that he is using a spanish facebook...

Kidnap friend and replace cult programming with a different program?
I'm rather sour about Deprogrammers, but if you have reason to believe the cult will suddenly turn violent use them. Although don't go to them expecting any advice, as they get paid quite well to brainwash people and they'll say every cult is out to murder-suicide everybody.

My best advice it to just go out to lots of things with him. Sports games, parks, barbecues, parties, just watching some TV at home, playing some games. Cults work by making sure the people they are trying to influence don't have the chance to see outside opinions and to heavily charge them against such opinions. By making sure he isn't stuck there you really cut down on the influence they have on him. And be sure to do these things with no indication you are trying to get him away, just look like a good friend.

I would bet money Andrew has edited things retroactively, except I can't prove anything because it was edited retroactively.

I dont think it's even legal to "deprogram" someone, unless they are willing.

I didn't say deprogram, I said reprogram. Gadget Hackwrench cult seems pretty cool.

They still are.

scarily so.

I like to think I've weeded out the parts of the philosophy that don't make any sense, and follow the rest, loosely.

Let your friend be in a cult, it's his/her life not yours.

I don't think this is really a cult. Just somewhat heavy-handed Christianity. Now, while I can't personally aprove of that, your friend should be fine. Your friend may just have discovered evangelicalism and liked what he saw.

Which parts make sense? The magical undead jew? :P

But seriously, if your friend wants to be in a cult it's none of your business. If you can't be his friend while he's in a cult, find a new friend and stop trying to push your beliefs on others.

No, Resurrection isn't technically under Necromancy. And besides, casting it on yourself is pretty badass.
