^I have to dispute that; Stealth's worth seems highly sporadic.

In my last two adventures even when my maceman was a grand master ambusher literally everything ran away the moment they came into view, and it didn't even report them seeing him. He ended up dying because an alligator attacked him (and eventually sent him into a river) even though I snuck up on him.

It's buggy, but useful if you know how to use it. Aggros still run at you, they may or may not actually attack, but they rarely hit and, the important factor in colossus' case, no one tries wrestling holds. I tried this on colossi and hydra, though not dragons because, like archers, they still fire from distance and you're pretty much toast without a shield. Any non-ranged will stand on top of you, making sporadic and rarely successful attempts at hitting.
