While we're not talking about the Psychology of the GM, and It may be cruel to abuse this in order to win, but if Toonyman is mafia, he'll be out of the game in the first round, which is always helpful.
My simple reasoning is- when a GM gets the PM back saying who else the godfather wants in the team, he sends out the PM's and such of who is who. Now, Toonyman Commented on his role four minutes before I commented on mine. Toony therefore recieved his before then, and I recieved mine afterwards. And when I recieved my PM, it was short and sweet. No flavor. Therefore, it could be assumed ToonyMan was the first to get the PM, and I the last. However, this works against him in two ways. If I were the GM, And I have been GM's in other games, but not mafia, I honestly have to say I'd send out PM's to Mafia first. Mafia are the most interesting part of the game, and you'd still have the names of the pick-ee's fresh in your mind, so they'd be the ones you'd type in the bar- You don't have to check on them. Therefore if Toonyman was one of the first to get a PM, he'd be mafia. In the time it would take to send thirteen PM's, in a row, with such a small amount of typing, I'd give it, say... Three minutes.
Therefore I could only assume there was a pause. Perhaps GM-san only sent PM's to Mafia, and then, when ToonyMan and I called him out, he immediately sent PM's to other players. It's just a suspicion, but it's better than what I have on other players this early in the game, so it's what I'm voting.
tl;dr: Still voting ToonyMan. It's shameless to vote for someone, due to the GM's activities, but I'm not going to Not vote for him, simply because of a technical error. It'd waste us game time.
