In retrospect, I think I diverged from Pokemon continuity pretty badly with this one. Does Pokemon even have black people? I'm pretty sure they don't exist in Pokemon.

Also I want a Torkoal ashtray.

Also gym advice guy is a timelord.

No Brock is Japanese of Japanese decent. He isn't a person of unknown nationality.

It is possible for the Japanese to be as dark as Brock.
