It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Refine manufacturing technique, we are not likely to out tech them, so we will need to out produce them...

When the fleet inevitably is blasted to pieces, make a supermassive wad of flesh to chuck at them.

The downside to the wad plan is that it pretty much gives away our nature, but I like wads so I will support the initiative, after our fleet is annihilated of course...

How about transforming out planets to be more efficient?

Well, I think they are as efficient as they can be.

How about making a huge ship that "eat" gas clouds for energye? We could harvest much more energy!

Yes, we need a huge ship to terraform planets, carry our fleet, blow shit up, and eat gas giants. Attach a giant nuclear cannon on top and we're set.

We need a time-capsule that can sustain itself in inter-galactic space...

Start laying the groundwork for turning ourselves into a nebula which encompasses all our territories.  I guess the first step would be to develop a miniscule bit of tissue that is hardened against deep space, and able to communicate with other bits around it when formed into a low density gas.  Begin distributing said tissue into all space between our colonies.
