We are a multi-system spanning, super-intelligent hivemind that can produce thousands of ships with little effort. These ships are little more than fingernails to us. They are a part of us, but a very unimportant part, to say the least. Of course they are expendable.

When you arrive, you tell them of the unprovoked NOT-BLOB attack and the radiation weapons employed, along with the destruction of a diplomatic vessel. Additionally, you offer to terraform their dead planets for mutual nonaggresion, provided that you could have an area of the planet on which to live.

The tone of the BLOB responce changes, as they quickly reject your offer to terraform their planets. They also wonder why the NOT-BLOBS would attack, since their maps indicate that you are a part of their empire.
