The sister planet. From there, make another elevator between it and the nearest gas giant, and have it pump methane over to the sister, until it is liveable.

Jethro's Mind Probe quickly builds a track to the sister planet, and moves across to it.

Next, it begins to build track towards the nearest gas giant, to pump methane from it.

Finally, you reach the nearest gas giant, and begin to pump methane from it to the sister planet.

Looks like you'll have time to kill. Now what?

Name Unnamed Planet #2 Moses, because we will bring life to it!

Count moons of Unnamed Gas Giant 1, now that we're there. Then connect the Gas Giants, and count UGG2's moons.

We shall bombard Jethro's moon with a large variety of seed pods, and see if one sticks. Possibly one that produces it's own atmosphere? (we shall bombard from the planet, not the ship. as to not waste precious ship resources)

Hmm... Since the moon is  cold... build a track to it from both Jethro and UGG1 and pump methane to satisfaction.

Design a large space station and grow it around the elevator on Jethro.  We can use this as a launching station for orbital defenses, large craft, and solar sails.

From this launch a Prospector Drone at the largest asteroid in the belt.

Name: Prospector Drone.
Propulsion: Chemical: ACCELERATION: Enough.
Extras: Best sensors we have.
          Drill
          Solar Collection Array.
Description: Can be sent to airless bodies to search for valuable minerals and establish a forward base.  Single use.

Thanks for pointing that out. It's supposed to be along the lines of light-second/time-unit. Will be fixing that for the next turn.

1. Vespene doesn't exist.

2. Why burn the methane on the moon?

Also, are we still going to connect the gas giants?

You would burn the methane to create CO2 and then shoot plants over there. I was jsut checking for the starcraft thing if there'd be some cameo about that or something.
