Let's enslave half the world, then keep the other half alive for food/resources.

What resources would we gain from leaving them be, rather than gaining the production power of the entire world?  We can make our own food, and leaving pockets of resistance can't end well.

Become half the world, enslave the other half to use as food/resources.

Or... Enslave the whole world and use the whole world for food and resources.

Some of the water critters must use high pressure systems, lets experiment with water jets to extend the range of our seed pods.

Depending on the size of the oceans, we probably ARE half of the world by now. Most likely we're more than half. Also, it's not a good idea to leave sentient beings other than us on the planet. They wouldn't be any more useful than if we just enslaved them all anyway. They'd make good workers though.

I say enslave the world. After we're done with that we can use all the primpsk's we enslaved to look for special materials, that we may be able to bring to the spawning pools for use in special-material-imbued creatures.
Who says organo-tech can only have flesh for a material? not I.

Study the brood mother's DNA to find what made it kill the infected Primpsk.  We don't want immune creatures popping up, after all.

Having read the narrator's mind, you decide to fully conquer the world. With crabs rushing out of the seas, WOLFTOPI running around the caverns, drones flying in the skies, and Schoolbuses in the parking lots, you quickly take over the world! THE FOOLS!!!!! HA HA HA HA HA!!!!! MWA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!

Ahem.

I say enslave the world. After we're done with that we can use all the primpsk's we enslaved to look for special materials, that we may be able to bring to the spawning pools for use in special-material-imbued creatures.
Who says organo-tech can only have flesh for a material? not I.

Who says you need the Primpsks to mine? With probing roots, you can do this just as quickly! With this in mind, you quickly cover the surface with a layer of plants, to get the maximum amount of energy out of the sunlight hitting the planet. And soon, with microorganism construction techniques, and a large supply of materials, you decide that it is time to go into space!

Of course, you have no idea of what to name your first colonizer ship, much less what it'll look like. All you know is, that it'll have a lot of biomass on in.

So, what shall the first colonizer ship have?

Name: (Would be nice)
Propulsion System: (Needs one. But remember, we are incredibly smart. We could easily design a fancy propulsion system if we wanted to. Don't feel limited to rocket power)
Extras: (Anything else that you think it would need. Like weaponry, or armour, or some sort of collection system. Remember that it'll always have some biomass, in case we need to quickly make some emergency creatures or whatnot. You'll have a limited number of extras possible.)

           Has cold fusion/fission

Name: Genetisis (PUNNY AS HELL!)
Propulsion System: Launched into space from a large treelike waterjet-powered launching pad, using a combination of solar sails and ion thrusters to propel itself once in orbit.
Extra's: Solar collection array that folds out after reaching orbit, extra strong armour, creature launch tubes (launches creatures like torpedoes, imagine shooting space-adapted firecrabs!)

Name: Cerabrate
Propulsion System: Wormholes powered by billions of our slaves turning screw pumps or something to generate power.
Extras: Acid launchers, Infestation modules, WOLFTOPUS delivery modules. also, staff it with FLAMBERGE Cavalry, for when we land. One part of ourself, linked to us through... something, so that for all intents and purposes, we are there the entire time. also, we really need to get better then radio wave control of our drones, so we do not have to deal with growing a mini-us on every planet we colonize.

We don't have room for billions of slaves turning screw pumps.
