Well it'd just be nice to know. I lost the inventory in JUSTICE!! in the same manner that we lost the genes list here.
Can we at least make the Falmberge super monstrosity without the fire spitter gene until we actually do manage to successfully get the gene?

Create a jellyfish, maybe a metre across. Surround it with a colony of coral. Create a number of orifices that are free of coral. Inside the orifices live giant nematodes, covered in stinging cells, that can retreat completely into the orifice. The orifices also contain lungs and mouths.
Name them Rolling Boulders. They shall be living rocks that can roll over and/or sting things.

Create about 1000 of the things across the countryside and have them roll to the entrance under their own power. Once they are assembled unleash them in all directions in squads of 5 and have WOLFTOPI and diggers follow them and clear any obstructions. Once they find a path to an enemy settlement pour them in en-mass and start dismantling structures.

Attempt to craft a jet-propelled version using water jet glands combined with the materials produced by a flame gland.

Create mineral harvesting units to build tools like weapons and armor. Or armor anyway, we really just rely on biological weapons.

You send some flame spitting crabs, WOLFTOPI, and Schoolbuses filled with tank scuttlers to secure the central cavern. Seeing as all the Primpsks died in the explosion, you meet no resistance.

Some WOLFTOPI then plant some trees by the shaft, so as to help protect the shaft from future attacks, and to allow you to increase the amount of drones you can spawn.

You create some more of the biter/burrower combo, to burrow into the ground and search for other cities. Speaking of which, the first burrower has finally breached a cavern. One problem though. The burrower breached the cavern over a pool of water. Hot water. Water hot enough to keep the biters asleep, and causing them to drown. Damn it.

Also, you have infected 11% of the Primpsk city. It would have been more, if they all didn't die at the same spot. You believe that it may have something to do with a 'Brood-mother'. This does not bode well at all.

(Did the most popular idea because I took so long to get the turn up. Sorry.)

DRONES:

Advanced Scuttler: Stong, armoured, built to kill. Has incredibly fast, shrimp claws.
Scuttler: Armoured. Good all around. Shoots poison.
Gatherer: Make to collect and process DNA.
Light-bulb drone: Gives off light. Fast, but otherwise useless.
Scuttler Tank: Highly armoured. Not very fast.
Schoolbus: Carries crabs. Gives of light. Very large and heavily armoured.
Digger: Digs. Builds walls. Otherwise useless.
Primpsk drone: A Primpsk you control.
Primpsk Scout: Passively infects and scouts.
WOLFTOPUS: HALF WOLF, HALF OCTOPUS, HALF UBER-STRONG TENTACLES, HALF ARMOUR PLATING, ALL AWESOME.
Biter: Likes warmth. Hates cold. Adapted to bite onto things when it is cold.
Burrowing millipede: Digs. Biter dispenser.
Flame Scuttler: Good all around. Shoots fire.

Good news, you've managed to infect one of the leading Primpsks in the city. Bad news, he's talking about taking every Primpsk in the city and making them walk past the 'Brood-mother' and we all know what happens when the infected Primpsks get near the 'brood-mother'...
