Begin excretion of a chemical that no one else has been giving off, and head left. WE WILL NOT BE LOST!

This. Also, light-sensible organelle ASAP.

I say go down the tunnel at the bottom, which branches off from the main path going right.

Modify a flagellum into a chemical delivery system by reinforcing it with calcium. Or develop sex pili.

This rock might be calcium...
Check the walls of the rock to see if it's composed of a usable material.

Check walls, then go left.

You check the walls for any calcium. Nope none at all. You also briefly consider making a light-sensative organelle (Which would be nice except for the fact that you are in a chunk of rock)

You make a never-before seen chemical which you call Breadcax. You use all of your amino acids (and burn a bit of glucose) to do so.

You head up the left path. It's a winding, twisting tunnel, but full of tastly little cells. 16 amino acids (10 of which were made into Breadcax), 2 proteins, 20 bits of glucose (one burned for energy) and two more chunks of fat.

Eventually, the tunnel reaches a T-junction.

(For the love of god, please turn some of that glucose into fat.)
