It gathers stuff and has a shell. But nothing wrong with not wanting to use the name.

Develop tech tree:

  • New creature: Creators Small insects that have legs which can grab even smaller amounts of material, and strong enough wings to fly around with that material. They can secrete nice glue (probably from tree sap or something).
  • Have diggers scout the underground for recources (coal, ore, flux, diamonds)
  • Let them harvest enough of any useful resource they may find down there

Any ideas on how to go on with this?

We have to name the accursed monstrosities we've created thus far before we can move on. Unless we can just save the naming for later, in which case I vote for what EvilTwin suggested.

I'm pretty sure the Schoolbus is its non-default name anyway, so why is there even an option to name it?

I like the generic names anyway, so unless we are going for some nearly-the-same creatures, we should probably just keep them, because not everyone wants to skip back to the post where we decided on the names of things. I see our castes as some sort of professions, and no one would rename (e.g.) a blacksmith to resklipor or whatever random name. So why should we do with our castes? It would probably make sense for the other civilisation, so we don't have to refer to them as "Strange Guys With Three Toes" anymore. In addition, have a look at this graph  :):

No offense though, if noone agrees with me, I'll just help with the naming :)

N. First, why is Schoolbus being renamed?  :o

words..made...up... what? how is referring to a crab as 'something that scuttles' (meaning either moving like a crab DOES or disabling vehicles (both of which they can do)) made up? and how is 'schoolbus' any more made up?

NAMES:

Creatures: Primpsk/Primpsks

Attack crab drone: Scuttler Advanced
Crab drone: Scuttler
Collector crab drone: Gather
Armour crab drone: Scuttler Tank
Schoolbus
Digger

Y/N?

Studies show that this should be slightly more favourable for everybody.
