I vaguely recall watching those numbers and seeing them only increase if you were recently active, something like 10 minutes ago or less.

62 days, 19 hours and 46 minutes. (plus time before the forum upgrade, plus discounted time because 50 posts per page and rarely skipping a post for any reason while reading a thread ensures that, if I am right about the cutoff, a large ammount of my time barely exceeds the limit.)
