I fail to see how a a whale's arse would be a dangerous weapon.  Unless you are swinging the whole whale by the arse, in which case you are pretty much just using the whale as a weapon.

Unless you somehow detached the arse, then it would pretty much just be like swinging a giant fleshy doughnut.  Maybe if it functioned as some kind of remote whale arse portal while detached.  Then I imagine it could still be lethal, and probably unpleasant to all involved, including the whale.
