It's the stickied thread at the top of this subforum. It consists of a list of everyone who's been banned in the last five years, and the reasons for their bans. In the rare event that Toady temporarily mutes someone, they're also included there.

For reference, it's missing all of the earliest bans from when the mod log was first instituted. Most of them were trolls trying to make a name for themselves. I've heard there was one persistent who hadn't posted for years, but when the mod log came, he logged in just to send everyone shock images.

EDIT: That mod log mentions "mod sassing", does that imply that at one point there were mods other than Toady

Technically, there still are. ThreeToe has full mod powers, while Mephansteras and Piecewise have control over their own subforums. However, I think Toady writes the moderation log in third person.
