I can't remember what the story was about, but basically, there was a godess, her husband died in battle, she went to the underworld to get him out, the godess of the underworld was pissed that she got in, she cursed the other godess with every disease she knew of, then another god created a gender neutral person to go into the under world and rescue godess A from godess B by going in, seducing godess B, removing the curse from godess A, and running out. However, when they were running out, godess B put a curse on the gender neutral person so that people like them would always be outcasts from society. Once they were out, Godess B, since she wasn't that bad overall, gave him the gift of foresight and simething else.
So, basically, if you're gender neutral, one godess thinks you're okay, the other thinks you're hot, and you're magic.
