I dunno; I think that quite a bit of the context is distinctly lacking.  I have no idea what SCP-7143-J is, contextually or explicitly,  beyond the general sense of the SCP at large and thus have no idea why it's amusing.  However, it plainly is to the poster, and it is lacking in context to those not in the know, so it doesn't seem out-of-place to me. 

EDIT:
Of course, in the spirit of disclosure, my last OOCFQ post was a nad shot, so my sense of humour should probably be taken with a grain of salt.
