What was the best/strangest/dwarfiest symbol one of your dwarf civs had?

My newest civ has dwarves as its symbol, kinda fitting...

I had a kobold civ that used a giant as their symbol. Seemed appropriate somehow.

Last fort's civ used a maggot fiend as a symbol. Should have checked if it was picked at random or if there was actually a maggot fiend as a leader figure in the past.

My current fort's civ symbol is coffins.  Fitting, not because my fortress produces lots of corpses, but because I insist on giving all of my dead dwarves awesome tombs.

 One of my forts had a hummingbird demon as the civilization's symbol.  It was simultaneously awesome and hilarious to see so many engravings of what must've been the single most terrifying 2-inch-tall bird ever.  If it turns out when I check Legends mode later that said hummingbird became the leader of any civilizations in that world, I will laugh my butt off.

I think I've had atleast 3 different civs who had squares for symbols.

Mechanisms, with my current fort.  It fits our description as short, sturdy creatures fond of drink and industry.

The civ of my fort before that (in another world) had three crosses, so it was sort of a dwarven Byzantium.
