Now, the Mercenaries are all done!

Look at the first post for all the statuses. Changes from the original are:
Buccaneer changed to Amphibious.
Gemstone's Scorching Ray reduced to just 5 damage. It's actually weak enough as it is.

With that, I think I could be starting a new thread for the main campaign. But I'll wait until this fight finishes. I still have the rest of the combat maps to set up.

Can I prein with The Colonists? Also the Mercenaries seem a tad underpowered to me. But time will tell.

I was actually thinking they might be overpowered - but time will tell, yes.

Carnage starts with a 5-tile area attack that can OHKO light units such as the Omen, Xenopath, or Mongoose - and deal 10 damage to anything with less than 2 shield.
Loveless starts with a single-tile attack that is nigh-guaranteed to deal 5 total damage to anything short of a Zone.
Panacea starts with an ability that the Unraveler unlocks at Level 9!
Nadir's artillery piece is the longest-ranged of all starting weapons, and is plenty powerful to boot.
Rapier, despite being ridiculously frail, is the fastest of all units, and is the only unit except the Zone to pack a 4-strength shield.

This is not even getting into the advanced attacks they get later. They're plenty powerful, they just take some skill to use properly.

Damn it! I lost the turn summary I'd written up. You'll have to take my word for what happened, I already saved the results into the combat log. Akasora and Mauve collectively took down Mish, Click took a bite out of Bulk's left arm, and Afoot wrecked Bulk's legs and halved his torso HP. Vertice's both shots would hit Bulk's torso, so Afoot would've finished him with his shot. As it is, Vertice swings his pick at empty space.

Stark (Adamant) E9: {Fire Gauss SMG at Afoot (Defiant) H10} [Fire Gauss SMG at Hartey Afoot (Defiant) H10] (Fire Gauss Pistol at Hartey Afoot (Defiant) H10)

Flieger (Tornado) G9: {E,E,E,E} [Attack Vertice (Gemstone) K8 with Cutlass] (Attack Vertice (Gemstone) K8 with Cutlass)

Aurum (Enlighted) E7: {Fire Sniper Cannon at Mauve (Heliotrope) I7} [Fire Gauss Pistol at Mauve (Heliotrope) I7] (Fire Gauss Pistol at Mauve (Heliotrope) I7)

Lux (Enlighted) E8: {Fire Sniper Cannon at Mauve (Heliotrope) I7}

Zippo (Unraveler) D10: {Fire Light Cannon at Afoot (Defiant) H10} [Fire Light Cannon at Afoot (Defiant) H10]

Bulk (Zone) H8: {N} [Attack Mauve (Heliotrope with Punch) I7] (Attack Mauve (Heliotrope) I7 with Jab)

As for the map it looks slightly off. Also what is the point of attacking anything other then one of the three main places?

It's in the rules. The further away you are from your nearest outpost, the less units you can bring on an attack mission. If you just attack the goal on the first turn, you will be able to deploy only 5 units (9 total -4 distance), while the defender will deploy a full stack of 9, and the other faction (who also wants to eventually win) will send its 5 units to help fend off your attack, putting you at a crippling disadvantage.

Also, I think the line "Attack Rebound Mauve (Heliotrope)" makes no sense.

I've had a little pileup of stuff here, so couldn't really get to anything. In the meantime, you can fix that error I pointed out - well, more of a horrible mistyping on your part, I can guess what you meant.

Only one kill this turn!

Since Kashyyk is hopelessly losing here, I'll try to help him by reminding him that Gemstones have a Tackle attack. Also, he should really do something about those two Enlighteds - I was hoping he'd use Mauve's last turn to shoot up Aurum, so that Criptfeind would have one less OHK-capable unit. It's still not too late in that regard.
