The Alien Warrior is highly melee oriented, and vulnerable to fire. Predators seems to fight the Alien in melee with no problem, and I'm sad to say this, but ordinary firearms in Aliens versus Predator seem to work fine against Aliens. Also there is a very small distance in which Acid spurts, and that's when it explodes. And I suppose some of the contenders have something to prevent Acid burning, like Strelok with his suit or... Uh, I don't know.

In order to do the proper tournament setup, we need a power of two. The last one worked since we got to sixteen candidates, but we are on 24 now. We have the following options:
1-Wait for more candidates until we get to 32
2-Drop the last 16 candidates
3-start the tournament now, but it will be unfair. 16 of the characters will have to win five battles, but 8 will only have to win four.

I nominate Captain Planet.

Too powerful. Especially considering that the show never shows him utilizing his powers to their fullest extent.

Also, note that if it turns out some of the characters are overpowered and have made it into the tournament, they may have powers reduced/removed.

It's unsure. He was finally hurt at the end of the musical by an exploding death ray, but no one has ever previously tried to harm him. I'd say resistant to things that would kill a normal human, but not invincible.

Probably not considering it took an exploding Death Ray to hurt him.
