Those are not ninth level spells, they are the spells of a 9th level sorcerer, and they are listed in the link I gave, probably the worst of them is greater invisibility, although lightning bolt and cure light wounds have their issues...

Otherwise ordinary human, but can "hack" the world around them. Hackers have been seen to manipulate the environment (to punch things). Grind is capable of "hacking" another person directly, in one case transforming one into a monster. Hackers also use direct hack attacks (to punch things) or otherwise harm them.

Suddenly I realize that the whole "direct hacking" thing is a bit too powerful. Nomination withdrawn. Although it does take a while to input a hack onto the wrist keyboard, there's too much potential for abuse.

Mobility, Firepower, at least some kind of armor. Last resort ramming device, if need be. Being launched like a missile, it can behave like one too, with rocket engines in the back. The page doesn't give full info (barring "standard arsenal"), so we can limit that to heat-seeking missiles, cement (as in, concrete) machineguns, and turboblades.

Well, having it won't be worse than not having it. Can be at least used as a turret. Though I guess if combatants enter within sight of each other, there's little tactical value in it, yeah. Razor's Glovatrix still packs all the weapons the Cyclotron has, even if they're mini-sized.
