I don't use much for flavor, but I prefer things with peach. for mind-bending heat, Endorphin Rush does the trick.

Geeze, this threat reminds me of Umiman. He'd always brag about how he'd be eating hot curry every day because he lived in Thailand or something.

I greatly love Buffalo Wild Wings Wild Sauce. I've tried Blazing before, but it was way, way too hot. I've been thinking of trying it again now that I can't tell the difference between Wild and Mild anymore. Considering that Blazing is somwhere between 200,000-350,000 Scovilles, it would be quite the step up.

Sriracha is awesome. That's a hot sauce I could eat on just about everything. It's still really hot, but it's actually got a flavor, and imparts heat without destroying your taste buds.

Tabasco, or whatever's on the table at the Mexican restraunt in town.

Jane's Crazy Mixed-Up Salt anyone?

Hot sauce goes on everything. EVERYTHING.

Omelets, especially.

Cholula is pretty good. It's got a nice flavor, and it isn't as salty as all those cayenne sauces. Sriracha is awesome, too. Every once in a while, I buy a bottle of that and eat it on everything for a couple weeks.

Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.

Use dark chocolate, not milk chocolate. Trust me on this.

No, I mean a mixture of hot sauce and milk chocolate tastes like crap. With dark chocolate, the vinegar of the hot sauce is masked, so it tastes better.

Tabasco, simply because the supermarket provides a version without Capsicum. Around a year ago I found out that I might be allergic to them after several meals where I nearly blacked out. Mysteriously I was unaffected before that one meal involving them, but now I can't finish a meal after chomping down on a slice of that pepper. Not to mention Tabasco has some amount of acidity to it which adds to some dishes.

I tried some Habanero Tabasco today. Their hottest product, according to the box, at 8000 Scovilles. Not only did it taste awful, it wasn't even that hot at all.

Yeah, not really a fan of tabasco sauce. It's pure heat, almost no flavor.

I like sriracha sauce. Nice and flavorful, and strong without being too hideously hot.
