eclipsetail researches Basic Movement, allowing him to knock 10% off the enemy's chances to hit any of his ships. He moves his Colonizer to Gamma and takes over it, while his assault squad runs off to Beta. He also builds your doom. 30HP, 5 Lazers, and a cool name. The Tank. He also takes the title of the weakest ship by building the Noob. 1HP, that's it. He has 4000 credits after that.
Humaan fails his research, but builds two equal ships. They each have 5HP and a ColMod, bring their total cost to 2500. He also moves Brick to Deads, but does't colonize. He now has 2450 Credits to hand.
Vanigo's research in Industrial Espionage, which allows him to build spy planes at the cost of 500 per plane. They have 1HP and no weapons, but are INVISIBLE to all except those who are on the same planet as it. If he can land a spy on an enemy planet, 20% of that planet's income will be re-reouted to his treasury.
His ships them fly off to Davin, they encounter
Jetsquirel's Pegasus. COMMENCE BATTLE.
Dvergar 1 (2HP 1Lsr 1ConMod), Mayflower 1 (1HP 1ColMod) VS Pegasus (1HP 1Lsr 1ColMod)
Because she is outnumbered, the Pegasus fires first! (Lsr 17) The Dvegar takes a Laser to the hull, losing 1HP! (Lsr 78) The Dvegar's shot goes wide. (Lsr 64) As does the Pegasus. (Lsr 50 (Hoooooooooly crap, that's JUST in)) The Pegasus takes a direct blow, and promptly explodes!
BATTLE OVER, all damage is healed.
The Mayflower colonizes the planet and the Dvergar builds a new starbase above.
Back at Delta Minor he constructs four ships, two more are the Mayflower design, two are a new Hippogriff design with 6HP and 3 lasers. The total costs come out to 3300. Vanigo is left with 4950 credits.
Jetsquirel researches A new form of shield, Deflector Shields allow an equipped ship to reduce incoming damage by 1 per layer, this however comes at a high cost of 2500 a piece.(after all, it makes the ship potentially invulnerable to lightly armed enemies)
He then follows up in sending a ship to Davin, which didn't fare so well after encountering
Vanigo's Dvergar.
Finally, he creates the ship Hades(10HP, 2 Sld,6 Lsr), after costs he is left with 2750 credits.
Flagrarus researched Hacking, which allows him to attempt to transfer cash from an enemy's treasury to his own once per turn. The chances for success are 50% and with success 100 funds are transferred.
He then builds two identical ships with (5HP, 5 Lsr), The Tank and The Hammerer.
The Tank and PowPow(previously Duck), move to Lovers Hide, colonizing. He has 5400 credits.

Basic Research:

Basic Hulls
Level 1: You can construct ships at the cost of 50 Credits per Hull Point. Other items may be added to a ship. Every player starts with this tech.
Basic LASERS:
Level 1: You can equip any number of Lasers to a ship at the cost of 100 per laser. In combat, a Laser has a 50% chance of hitting for 1 point of damage. Every player starts with this tech.
Basic Starbases
Level 1: You can construct a Starbase for 1000 Credits over any planet you control. A starbase is treated as a 10HP ship with 5 Lasers in combat. Starbases cannot move, but can produce ships. Every player starts with this tech.
Basic Constructors:
Level 1: You can equip a ship with a Constructor module for 500 Credits. A Constructor Module can build bases over any plantet that you control. Every player starts with this tech.
Basic Colonization:
Level 1: You can add a Colonization module to any ship for 1000 Credits. When your ship is above a neutral or enemy terrain, you can destroy the ship with the Colonization Module on it to colonize the planet. Every player starts with this tech.
Basic Shields:
Level 1: You can add layers of Shield to any of your ships for just 500 per layer. Your ship will gain Shield Points equal to the HP of the ship multiplied by the number of Shield Layers. In combat, any damage that would be taken will be redirected to the shield, taking of the number of damage. However, after battle, instead of being refilled at the end of combat like HP, you will only regain 1 point of it at the end of every turn.
