Yanked into existence by the act of a mortal creating a new technology, Akiel observed the Womb. It was alive. Living beings meant that he was not the only entity with the kind of power he held. But discovering Others could wait. He had matters to attend to. While mortals were primitive creatures, he was weak.

He ventured to the northern lands, to the sentients who had invoked his existence. He manifested as a generic Northren. Nobody would think anything of it, and they would have no memory of seeing him if he did not wish it to be so.

Akiel reached deep into the minds of the Northren tribe. Upon finding his hunt successful, he whisked away his quarry to the other races.
Fire, sharpened stone, by the minds of mortal creators, I bid you multiply..

Akiel spreads the knowledge of fire and knapping to Humans, Phoenixes, Mayura, and Fologorh. He then instills the drive to improve and innovate into the races. I'm assuming that's one act, if not, only the first thing. If Jack didn't have enough acts to invent knapping, Akiel only spreads fire.

Endras sees the gathering of beings around the Wellspring of Nature, and is pleased. But it is not enough. The Fologorh and the Phoenixes used magic, but they did not truly understand it. They would need to be taught.

He manifested near the Wellspring at night, while no one was around, and began to work. He crafts a magical shrine around the spring, redirecting the flow of magic through it. The Wellspring now flowed into four pools, each surrounded by magical runes. The runes do nothing to the water at first, but as the pools fill the excess magic has to go somewhere, and it is then that the runes begin their work. They cause the extra magic to crystallize, compacting it into an even more pure form than what the spring already produces. These crystals float above the pools, slowly growing in size until claimed by a mage who seeks the stronger magics they allow.

His work refining the Wellspring complete, Endras stood in the center of the shrine and awaited his new students. They would need trained before being allowed to take the crystals, otherwise they were more likely to hurt themselves than to work any real magic.

As he waited Endras sent a message to the other god of magic, Magus. "You sought to create a circle of mages? Then come, I shall be revealing myself to these mortals soon, and if you seek to Act on them as well, now is the time."

Endras creates a shrine around the Wellspring of Nature that crystallizes the liquid magic flowing from it.
Endras manifests within the shrine to teach all who visit how to use it's magic.

The discussion with his kin, years ago, but still fresh in memory, had left Amparos quite worried. He knew nothing of what lay inland. While he had looked through the minds of some river-fish, they were simple creatures, and it was no use. No, he needed something better.

Amparos knew where the sea ended, and also knew that rivers, like tiny veins of water, continued to the solid lands, but not under his control. That was an oversight he was determined to correct.

Drawing from the sleek forms of the sea-life and of his form, Amparos began to work. Inside his hands, three spheres of crystal-clear water started to form. The first two slowly changed into a male and a female, humanoid, with bodies of running water. He decided to call these lanenti, and gave them the rivers to rule over. The last sphere took a darker shape, and less humanoid. It was malenar, and it would have the lake-lands. They would be able to leave their homes and wander the dry lands, even though the disgust transferred from Amparos made it unlikely for them to do so.

They were good. He knew that in years to come, they and their offspring would take over all the rivers and lakes in the world, and give him information about the solid lands.
With a blood sacrifice, they could be bargained with or commanded. For now, they only controlled a few rivers and a lake, but as their numbers grew, he was sure that would change as well.

Amparos creates the lanenti and the malenar, spirits of rivers and lakes

A group of the Mayura seperated themselves from the rest. They were dissatisfied; they had seen the chaos and disorder that could be their lot, and they did not desire the waste of it - Vigilance had been their way of life, not from outisders but from each other. Though the tribes might be nominally united in the sense that they lived and worked together, there was no trust in the tribes. Most had no qualms about killing or stealing to get what they wanted, even if it was to the cost of the tribe as a whole. This drove the few away.

The few travelled a distance, and formed a tribe of their own. They had only three basic laws, but from those three more could be formed. The structure of their tribe was new and it had unintended consequences. A new god was formed, one whose essence was that of the laws of the tribe.

The god awoke, and sensed his people. They had made the foundations of a society, of rigid, unflexible rules which defined the actions of those who followed him. However, the world is not constant. Forests grow, rivers forge new paths and even mountains can be worn to nothing. The laws of society are as rigid as those who follow and enforce them. To make the laws constant, the people must be able to follow them even through changing ways and lands. This was his duty, to help his people survive.

Terron infuses his tribe with crystals of truth - one in each hand and one in the head. Those with the crystals are unable to lie, and they glow red when a lie is directed at the owner. Offspring of those who have crystals will also have crystals.

Tass grinned darkly, for his domain was coming together. The life in the dark was taking shape- soon the clan of Silver would realise that the night complemented killing, and surely, with such artistry involved with these blades of stone, one artisan's work would be coveted enough to steal.

However, there was one element that was not in sight. Tass saw the two groups of Mayura and saw how they could be bettered. He took some of the population and gave them singing voices to break the hearts of stones in two.

Tass gives some Mayura a genetic predisposition to excellent singing.

Aarseral is deep in the forest where the forologh live when he thinks about giving them a place of shelter.
He starts building.
First, with the help of the roots from the trees which he temporary gives the ability to move, he makes the entrance of a cave made from earth.
Then, he goes deeper into the ground until its deep enough to make a big room where they could sit around together.
he makes some side-passages which all have a couple of smaller rooms enough to shelter a hundred Forologh and digs another hall deeper into the earth from the main chamber.
When he's deep enough he makes another big room but this one is even larger.
Then he starts smoothing all the walls in the chamber-system and engraves the Largest room in ancient textures which only Aarseral fully and Voltarucus partly are able to understand, because its the ancient language of life.
He stops the magic that make the roots able to move once they are all on their former place again and hardens the earth walls so they will not collapse.
Aarseral takes a big amount of power and, in the center of the engraved room, creates the Well of Life.
Anyone who steps into the well and is worthy to the power it gives, will be granted the essence and basics of life magic, which then can be improved much farther.

Aarseral steps out of the chamber-system and enters the minds of all the Folorogh in the forest telling them they have a new home if they want and can come here whenever they want.

Aarseral creates the Well of Life, a well that grants life magic to the ones worthy of it which is in a small chamber-system also called the Well of Life.

White.

For the Northren exiles, this is what their world had become- endless fields of snow in a hellish night, and freezing winds that sapped the strength of even the hardiest hunter. This far north, not even their kind could survive for long. Surely, thought some of the less devoted, this was the Lord of Winter's punishment for spurning him.

But the outcasts had an ally; each member of the pilgrimage carried a torch, borne from the flame that Ictor had brought to the tribe. They traveled for months, and though many perished or were separated from the group by blizzards, and though food was scarce and wood supplies dwindled, the faithful persevered, as did their flame, each seemingly renewed by the vigor of the other.

From atop the northernmost mountain of the Womb, Phera watched the procession of lights slowly approach in the distance, and nodded, satisfied. This chain of events hadn't been
entirely intentional, but they were necessary, she felt. She summoned a ball of divine flames to her hand, and held it aloft, as a brilliant beacon, piercing through the darkness for miles around.

As the Northren looked up at the silhouette of the mountain in wonder, clutching torches both alive and frozen, the wind once more descended upon the group- not harsh and biting, as it had been before, but warm and gentle, purging the chill from mind and body, and restoring vigor to the weary. And carried upon it came a Voice:

"You have done well to make it this far, lost children of Winter. Only you had the wisdom to take up the flame I, Phera, the Lady of Fire, have bestowed upon you, and it has guided you to your salvation.

Your journey is at an end, weary travelers, and your strength and courage shall be justly rewarded. This mountain shall be your new home, guarded by the Light of Heaven and blessed by the Flame of Earth."

And in unison, every torch burst into flames anew.

The exiled Northren arrive at their new home, an arctic volcano. While the lands around it are largely barren, geothermal heat allows life upon it to thrive.

Aarseral feels there is something missing...
'Of course! Protection for the Well is needed.'
He looks around and sees only trees.
Then he knows what he wants to create.
He looks at the trees and chooses a couple of them.
Raising his hand and whispering some words, Aarseral forms an enchantment over the trees.
They begin their change by growing a bit.
Then they become tougher and more resistant to fire.
Their roots begin forming two leg-like stumps.
There form two big branches on their stump which you can recognise as arms
And finally, they get the ability to move and become semi-intelligent, meaning they can make simple decisions but always obey their master.
Aarseral is happy and commands the 'Ents' as he calls them, to guard the Well of Life and the area around it.

Aarseral creates the Ents, large tree-like creatures who are able to move and fight and make simple decisions but who always obey their master. (which is their creator)

Magus sees the new wellsprings. "So it begins, brother?" His power flows. The mages he would train requre somewhere to practice their art. {[Rise, build, create] [structure,building,shelter,tower]. [Power, knowlege, magic, learning]}
And so he creates a tower, a great ediface that towers into the sky, to house the first mortal mages, who he would begin to call to him from those capable of learning how to harness magic.

Magus creates the Tower of Ritual, a center of learning for mortal mages interested in Ritual Magic.

Kastheen was in a foul mood. Some of the Mayura were leaving or disregarding her. Some had, on their own, proclaimed laws for themselves, and flew off to the south to form their own tribe. They began to follow another younger god named Terran. He had marked them with these strange crystals that made deception impossible. Others, the god of night Tass had altered behind her back. He had given them beautiful singing voices. They didn’t fly as much anymore with her, but sat in the sun and sang until the sunlight had bleached their grey feathers to white. Kastheen referred to them as Mayura Eika, though most just called them Sirens.

Though the sky became dark with her displeasure, a few rays of light still broke through the deep clouds. Some of the Mayura had not been lured off by the gifts of the other gods and still flew with her. Well then, she would give a gift of her own to reward their loyalty. She gathered the most loyal of the Mayura and soared into the sky, flying into the heard of the storms. Some of the Mayura grew afraid of flying into the dark clouds, illuminated by occasional flashes of lightning, and a few turned back. But most followed Kastheen.

There, as the lightning surged around them in the storm clouds, Kastheen put forth her power again and imbued her followers with the power of the storm. The Mayura found themselves changing. Their wings began to trail wisps of mist, rather like Kastheen’s own. Their feathers shifted from the usual grey to a dark blue. And the lightning, though it struck them, did not harm them. And she gave them an ability, to fade into the mists of clouds and to travel around the world within them, reappearing whenever they please so long as the rain fell. Should the clouds fade, the Mayura would appear there as well. She called them the Mayura Amaashi.

Kastheen creates a sub race of Mayura out of her most loyal followers, called the Mayura Amaashi. They bear dark blue feathers, and their wings trail little wisps of mist. They cannot be harmed by lightning, and when in clouds, can become mist and travel along the clouds for long distances and fast speeds (provided favorable wind) They can reappear wherever there is rain, or when the clouds fade.

Hate.
The Lord of Death only feel that. The creatures were greedy and violent,  an example is what happened to Ictor and his followers. Something had to be done. From his hate, the Lord of Death created the Scatii, a race of black dragons, honorable creatures who will only obey his orders. They can breate black fire and can fly. They are stablished in the most high mountain range, where only the most intrepid adventurers can reach them. The Lord of Death takes the Scatii who die as his followers, who will search souls of good people who want to join him and guide them to Draxion.

The Lord of Death creates The Scatii, a race of dragon who's dead will serve as his followers

I don't know how many acts will need this, if neccesary make me spend various turns in creating them

The Winter Lord stirs again. He has slept beneath the glacier for too long, it is time to awaken. Icy plains crack and crumble as he emerges. His yawn ravages the land with arctic wind, his stretch causes mountains to tremble and avalanches to fall.

He is aware once more.

He finds his children, in the valley, but much has changed. War, death, regret... and those loyal to him remain and sing his praise. They do not know his name, but they worship and honor him. He is the Winter Lord, creator of their race and ruler of all that the snow touches.

The Northren, savage and man-shaped, still retain the instincts of the wolf. This has served them well, but it is time to change. They had discovered fire, this was good; and essential to their survival. They would need more.

He reached with his power, ephemeral bonds of magic connecting to every loyal Northren. He increased their intelligence, giving them a sharp, clear focus that would serve them well in the coming times. While they maintained the keen hunting instinct of the wolf, they gain the curiosity and tenacity of man. His was a light touch, a seed of intellect and cleverness which would not flower for generations to come. His followers would serve him well, once his plans came to fruition.

The Winter Lord plants a seed of magic within the loyal Northren which will increase their intellect and cleverness over the next few generations.

Amparos knew he was spending more time on the surface waters than his old home in the depths. It was necessary, for faster communication with the spirits. He had already learnt so many things about the dry lands, including descriptions of more of his kin, or atleast other beings such as him. The sentients interested him as well, both the Mayura in the sky and the savage beings in the frozen lands.

Still, it was unpleasant to stay half in the waters and half in the mercy of the biting winds. He needed a home on the surface as well.

Amparos began fashioning something inside his hands, drawing from memories and thoughts still to come. It was a thing of coral and silt, of bone and flesh and of the sea itself. Slowly but surely, it began to take shape, shifting into something never seen before; a ship capable of crossing even the widest of oceans. Not a fishing vessel, or a pleasure yacht, but an enormous, floating fortress. The entire ship pulsed with death and danger, and every inch of it was clearly made for the purpose of war. Rows and rows of deadly weapons filled the sides of the vessel, all loaded and ready to fire. Last, but not least, Amparos created the mind, and gave it form in the ship. She was a strong, proud mind, and loving of combat. With that, he was satisfied and went down to rest.

Amparos creates the Furya, an ocean-going vessel, to act as a fortress on the surface.
