Turn 3, as stated, ended at 10:03 am on September 11th. I'm just now getting to that... Yesterday was busy.

add to this rule stating that Tylui must find the end of the paradox to consider it a paradox.

I PROPOSE that every rule must have an element of sillyness in it to be eligible for acceptance. Or elephants, those are good, too.

All votes for support or disagree must be somehow stylistically(visually) distinct from both each other and from the rest of the text that they appear in. This can either be colored, bolded, capitalized, or otherwise visually differentiated.

Turn 4, started when fivex posted at 4:01 pm on September 11th, meaning the turn will end 4:01 pm on September 13th(All times are in PST because that's where I'm from and I'm awesome).

And on that note, since only one proposal can be posted per turn, fivex choose which proposal you'd like to propose.


CURRENT RULE SET

1. A non-player becomes a player by proposing a change or supporting/disagreeing with a change.
2. A change may be an alteration, addition, removal, or any other change applied to one or more rules.
3. It is possible to vote on a proposed rule change by stating if you *support* or *disagree* with it.  In order to be counted, votes must contain one of those keywords and explicitly state which proposal/s are being referred to.
4. It is only possible for an individual to vote once on each proposed change.
5. One turn lasts 48 hours.
6. At the end of the turn, the two proposed rule changes with the greatest explicit support from all current players are implemented.
7.01. The nomic ends after there is no longer anyone willing or able to count the votes on proposals.
8. The initial ruleset will be numbered 1 through 7, and every new rule thenceforth will have a number that is one higher than the rule just before it.
9. No Rules shall be retroactive.
10. Anyone who, on purpose or by accident, creates a paradox by having his/her proposal accepted, whether it is retroactive or not, automatically loses and the offending rule is rendered null and void.
11. Each player can propose at the most one rule per turn. That rule automatically get the support from the player proposing it.

DISAGREE, only because how are we supposed to determine what is "related" to 4 chan?

Again, fivex, you need to choose which proposal you want for this Turn. I'm going to vote on all open proposals for this Turn, but I'm taking your first one as your active one until I'm corrected.

I PROPOSE that if something is proposed, it is added to the rules for that turn. They do not carry over to further rounds unless they are one of the top two most liked rules

This will ensure that the disagree votes count, too. In other words, if a proposal has two supporting votes and one disagreeing vote, it will still be implemented, regardless of how many other proposals have been implemented in the same turn.

Also, I proposed the rule about kicking people so that we actually have a penalty. If you're not sure of what a rule mean, feel free to ask.

Oh, and the lolcat rule was proposed before the end of the last round, so isn't valid.

I know why you did it, it's just worded very riskily. There's a possibility that we'll all violate the rules and be kicked out, depending on how the rules are interpreted(loosely/strictly/etc).

Lastly, the proposals that were proposed(there were three of them[four if you count the fact that fivex proposed twice]) are all in this round. The only bits that were ignored in-between rounds were the votes.

Dang, I'm confused about when the turns end and start. Well, then it's good my proposal about kicking people out isn't in yet, since I proposed 2 rules, which contradict rule 11. Forget the second one then.
