They don't even know how to start on this, how would they figure it from a rules standpoint? Theres absolutely no precedent or overly obscure note in the rules relating to this, it was never thought possible.

Right before you're about to hit an unsuspecting Zion, the council says "Hold!", and freezes you in place. your momentum is still kept, though, so as long as he doesn't turn around before they finish...
