I see nothing about Sudoku there.
Just christmas deadlines, green felt, a book with a pretty awesome title, and shirts.

...Thank god for Cryomancy immunity. Its probably crazy cold here.

You walk into the fortress,find the barracks and decide to ask one of the newer recruits for a duel. surely he can't have gotten that strong yet, he's new, and you've got awesome armor! They demand you remove your armor and weapon first, to make it fair.
..Well, you're pretty sure you could still take him. for a dwarf, he looks pretty weak.

OW! Your lack of recent non-magical exercise painfully asserted itself without your Cryswarm Armor on. They throw you out of the barracks and into the hospital-like area, laughing at 'the weak humie with the very fancy crystal armor'

Get some non-magic exercise? Never know whe magic will suddenly dissapear from the face of the world.

Also, look into ways to become immortal.

Personally I like the reincarnate method or the cloning of yourself while you're young method.

Its not so much Vix lacks exercise as much as it is a wizard who has used magic for nearly everything just walked into the most near-invicible place ever and tried to wrestle a newbie military recruit armor-less.
Thats some serious bias against us, there. Pretty interesting link though, Spoon.

You pull yourself out of that bed-filled area, re-equip your stuff (The dwarves seem interested but not at all impressed by how the Cryswarm works as armor/weapon), and then sit down.
Should you go ask the laughing military if you can use their training stuff, or just go out and exercise on the Skelks? You can't tell which would be worse, and you aren't leaving here until you stop getting laughed at! You didn't come all the way to Nist Akath just to get laughed at and leave!
