x-axis is forwards. y-axis is sideways. z-axis is vertical. w-axis is out(4th dimension. No adequate term for it.) Adding in the v and u-axes would be moving through a Hexeract.

Also, Flatland was horribly boring. I don't really care for learning the nuances of triangle growth that is featured in the first half of the book.

True, but it gives a pretty good explanation on transdimensionality IMO. I couldn't care about shape culture eiher, though.
