Go to the rebel leader's hideout and freeze him and his guards to the ground (preferably with them still being alive), then recover our flower-squirrel-sheep. For the grand finale, use psionics to find all of the leader's fears and metamance them into existence. Leave him in his personal hell for about a week, then collapse his hideout.

You find the rebels in a place you should have expected from idiots, but didn't check because you didn't think they were that stupid.
Right behind your tower, sitting in the middle of town with 11 flower-sheep. Well, this is problematic. you can't collapse a hideout that isn't there, you need that air. and that town middle.

The first idea sounds funnier.

You transform the idiots into elves and teleport them. Except Jim-Bob. you clone him, and then send the clone home with no memory except that he is named Jim-Bob the 53rd, since theres no point in breaking an impressive (in someways) chain-naming just because one of them was a rebellious idiot. then you send the real him dwarfward in an elvish way.

The dwarves are much more well-defended than they were before. The ballista is missing, though. perhaps it was moved.
