Try to make a portable one with a wireless/magic connection that's slim enough to fit under your addy helmet and not cause discomfort. Oh, and try to make it so that it can put information into your head as well.

Does it have to be made of all crstals, or can it be just addy with a few crystals embeded?

Crystal seems to be the most conductive material we have.

No, it doesn't have to be, but it would work the best.

Also: if we can get the computer to read our thoughts, and the computer  can give the cryswarm orders... Try giving the cryswarm some more complex orders. Thought can  convey much more complex orders at once than mere words.

We can't control the cryswarm through the computer yet, we need a better computer.
This one is just lots of power and one program.

Yea, indirectly and with a bunch of other things in betwen to make it TRUELY awesome this is basically my plan.

specifically: We send high level thoguths to a server, wich is runing *parts* of/hevily modified super-loyal human-equivelent brain to figure out strategies for doing it, this is proccesed and sent to a miniatyrized local computer in the cryswarm, wich also has a cat brain or similar for much greater motoric skill than a computer or a human, that is then interpreted by a semi intelegent computer algorithm for maximaly efficent usage of the cryswarms on-the-fly shapechaning that the cat will probably not be able to grasp, andf then finaly sent to the cryswarm.
