Well, not that big, except the first one. that could be doable right now.

Ugh. What is that stupid-bright thing out the window? you rub your eyes. Oh, the sun. duh. You needed to do something today...right, snowstorm.you work up a cloud, and it explodes from being too big. When did you get all this Power? You focus on making a a small cloud, and its ridiculously easy. it floats out the chimmney that has had? a fire. Where did the fire go? the wood is still plentiful, it should still be burning. whatever, you grab your sparkrock out of the ashes, back up, and throw it back in. it hits the back of the chimmney, sparks, and you've got a fireplace again. Ooh. pretty sparkly sword, where'd that come from? You'd probably remember better once you've eaten something. You walk out the tower and go towards the inn, too groggy to make your own stuff.

Whoops. I had forgotten to actually add the money he'd gotten from the kids a while ago. Hes got 22 gold, not 10.

You dig through the few Cryomancy tomes you have lying around, semi-desperately searching for the cryoagent recipe. If you could just remember how to do it, you could out-smith the town blacksmith with this new Crysteel metal. You don't know what it can do yet, or how it is compared to normal steel, or iron, but it looks really fancy and thus could be said to be quite expensive if you ever got out of this poor town!
Wait...you know a bit of Mechamancy, you could do better than just out-smithing the blacksmith. You could rule the town with little mechanical thingamajigs! no, thats too long a name for them, you'd name them Robots.

Damnit, the cryoagent recipe isn't anywhere! all you can find is a recipe for "Alchemical Cryomancy-based Artificial Magic-based Reagent" with (Warning: do not crush, shrink, or otherwise compact, risk of Reagent Destabilization) under it, which you don't remember ever using. you don't remember using anything with a name anywhere close to that length. You could try it though, theres plenty of scrap metal for you to experiment with. You should probably add on a experimental room to the tower first, and see if you can get a second Giant Pot from the blacksmith so you don't have to wait for your Alchemy Equipment to cool off between forging experiments.

First examine the sword more closely. It's magic, but what sort of enchantment does it have?

You get bored of planning, and pick up the swo-OW!. Crap, wrong end. You find the hilt and wrap it in a piece of your cloak blanket to make sure you don't slice your hand up again, after using a different piece to stop the bleeding. you manage to hold the thing right this time, and swing it out the window towards a bird; it falls to the ground as if you were standing right next to it slicing it in.

Interesting. Is this the Crysteel working, or some magic that seeped into it while you were unconsious? You've heard of things sitting next to a unconsious wizard become enchanted, though you haven't ever heard it happen to a sword, or any kind of weapon for that matter. mostly just random useless stuff, or books, or food.

Alright, time to expand the tower! Hire some masons to do the majority of the work, using ice to aid the construction.(mainly just holding things in place while they work, speeding the process)

We don't really have the money to hire people for that long here. He's only got 20 gold (used two on food/drink/coffee), and we're still in medieval-ish times, so they've already got plenty to do fixing theirs and their neighbor's housing.

Of course, he could just convert all the scrap to Crysteel, make fancy-looking things, and use it as payment if you guys really want to expand. The townies are smart about how much their work is worth, but they know crap-all about fancy things. You could probably sell them ice as fancy stuff if you could remove the coldness.
