Hmm. maybe Physics-bearer wouldn't be such a good title. they all seem to be dieing rather fast after becoming it.
Though they could just be random peasants with no talent at all for magic, which would explain it.
But this isn't magic. its what the crazy slowed-down man called part of SCIENCE!!

Kill the Physics bearers until the slowed-down man is the bearer. If any of our peasants become it, then just have the Ninja Cats assassinate them. That, or make up an excuse to execute them.
