About two years ago, a plane with 185 passengers flew from Texas to New York.  It encountered electrical problems on the way, but the pilots decided to continue to New York.  They made a rough landing, but no one was hurt.  Physically anyway.  Two years later, a woman is suing American Airlines, saying she's traumatized from the landing, and it's the fault of the pilots for not landing sooner to ensure a safter landing.

You've got to be kidding me. I could see being afraid of flying after an electrical failure of that magnatude. But anyone can see that these kinds of electrical failures are rare, and that fear is irrational. It certainly isn't somthing to sue over.

I have like, this amazing idea. Lets have this woman state her case with any supporting evidence in court, the defendant can present their counter-arguement, and the judge can rule on the matter.
