my dwarves got torn up by ice wolves when I wasn't paying attention
Shortest succession game I've seen yet.

Anyway, I might not play(I'm a busy gamer, 3 days isn't enough time for me), but I'd like to claim a smith. Name him McMetal.

I may up it to a week, since thats what I'm used to, and it won't make too much difference in time from one turn to the next.
Well, if it's upped to a week, I just might join. Sign me up on those conditions!

All right you will be signed up then.

Okay, but isn't a week a very long time to play a fort year?

I find 3 days a bit quick, but you've got a point that a week is long... 5 days, maybe?

Well you don't have to play for a week, that's just how long you have until your turn is forcibly ended and given to the next person.

Also, do you want me to change your name? I thought thats what it actually was.

Depends on FPS and other stuff, like what kind of job you have.

I'd rather have Toady correct my name instead. Can I ask him to do that?

It's been about half a year since we got here, and progress is extremely slow. I'm beginning to doubt these dwarves actually know how to do what they say they can. I ordered the miners to dig out a fort, and started on some magma forges, but nothing gets done around here! I had to build a ridiculous amount of random items the militia commander was demanding, and nice rooms. Why can't he accept bad rooms like the rest of us?

Here is a rough sketch I drew of the fort our miners dug out. Kinda nice, I think.

Here is one of our farms and magma forge tunnels.

Thats really all that happened, nothing else.

During the summer, one of my scouts told me some leather armor was stolen. What amazes me is that I hadn't been aware we even had any leather armor. Weird.

Also, my tomb was finally finished, it certainly took a while. Here is the lower-level;

And the upper-level;

Someone did a bad job at placing the seeds, I couldn't find any. Nobody better complain at no booze besides wine, or I'll strangle them.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Zas made a Masterfully crafted statue of Canalan admiring some fine shields. Mmmmm, I could use a shield right now, they are nice.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

And some kobolds show up, noe manage to take anything but leather armor. Where did we get so much of that stuff?

And here is the download for the next person to take command;
