Succession Fort=Yes. (31.12)

Succession Fort=Yes.

So I am making a succession fort. Right now. This is not my first succession, but it is the first on I've hosted. Anyone who wants to be signed up or dwarfed, just say something. Standard succession rules apply. Also if you want to vote for a location, do the same. It will take place on version 31.12 DF, with no mods. So sign up if you want. Or don't. Whatever you want. But you should sign up. Unless you have no arms. Then you probably shouldn't. But otherwise, you should.

Player List:
1.Aramco
2.barconis
3.iceball3
4.Canalan
5.Geb
6.charred_gp
7.Dwarven Midget
8.Brandedahall

Or maybe there's a god who's just completely insane and sends you to Detroit, Michigan in a new body if you ever utter the name "Pat Sajak".

I'd like to take a stab at this. So far I've only been in one succession game, but I promise to do better this time! >.>

No special requests at this time.

Count me in, and dorf me as the enginer, please!
Oh, and I vote for a terrifying area with AT LEAST one volcano.

Sign me up for a turn too.

If we get to pick a dwarf too, may I have a trapper/liar named Geb?

Sign me up! Dorf me as an axedwarf with 3 points in armor, 2 in shield, and the rest in axe.

Here is the embark:

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

It has sand, and a sedimentary rock layer (Which means coal, flux, and iron ore) It is half sinister, half mirthful/serene, however, it does not have a volcano, as I could not find one in an evil biome. I'll start my turn and get it up when I do.

I had to reclaim, because all my miners got encased in ice...

Actually, with freezing you just channel out above the aquifer, and it freezes up for you.

Yeah, that sounds good. Also, my dwarves got torn up by ice wolves when I wasn't paying attention. I think I'll just generate a new world to go with.

Shortest succession game I've seen yet.

Anyway, I might not play(I'm a busy gamer, 3 days isn't enough time for me), but I'd like to claim a smith. Name him McMetal.

I may up it to a week, since thats what I'm used to, and it won't make too much difference in time from one turn to the next.

Well, if it's upped to a week, I just might join. Sign me up on those conditions!
