Bumpity bump!
I thought this problem was gone [I still couldn't run Winamp, but I could survive]. But nope! It's back.
Fantastic.

So can someone please offer me any solution to this problem?
Aside from Formatting, I've lost all my disks..

I can now confirm it's not Malware.
It's not a virus.

But every time I even try to open some programs this happens.

Google the error code?

Blizzard is managed by dark sorcerers, and probably have enough money to bail-out the federal government.

Google the error code?

Done, nothing.

Yes, I get other people with exactly the same problem.
But it doesn't tell me how to fix it.

I have borderline NOTHING on my computer.
MAYBE thats the problem. Gut feeling says you need this:
 http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=a7b7a05e-6de6-4d3a-a423-37bf0912db84
(could be wrong, but iirc I have stuff on my pc that WANTS the 2005 and 2008 versions as well. And I didnt pay attention whether or not you have a 64bit OS and need the according version)
Try it.

Smells like a defective hard drive to me to be honest, or just a fubared partition; both are things that would not be fixed by a simple reinstall of Windows.

WinXP:
