You can't use Death on bosses. He just kills you instead even if you lowered their hp a lot. Keep that in mind...

Wrong. I oneshotted Fafnir with death, and used him several times in a row (while flubbing the story spell) on the near-last boss.

Learn to teleport.

Yeah, I dunno what game you're playing there. I've tried to use death on all the bosses I could. It never works and he always just goes for me. I can blink away but he still chases me. I can blink away in what appears to be apparent safety but he scythes the empty spot where I was and STILL die. So I have no clue what the heck you did.

I got to chapter 10 and the update decided to delete all saves. Got the saves off the steam forum only to find out they're made with the surreal assumption that you're brain damaged, didn't pick up most of the useful spells including teleport and kept your default staff and sword up until this point. Just. Fuck.

I've found a nice spell! QRRASE, Use it in whatever way you want, it slows enemies down and does 2500 or so damage, pretty impressive if i get to say so myself. You can also probably use it in situations QFASSS doesn't really work.

Assatur was a fun fight, probably the only boss that actually was tough the entire fight.

Hide behind that little metal prison thing, put on a self sheild, slow time, and spam lightning bolt. Everytime he moves his hands for that ice shard attack thing hide behind the prison, And don't attack him during blizzard. It can take a while depending on how quick your fingers are.

So I'm fighting Vlad, and he has a pretty nasty attack. As a mistake, I cast an area bubble around myself with him outside. I stop paying attention to him for a sec to heal....and suddenly he says "you've beaten me."

Is that fight intended to only last 20 seconds....or did he like jump into my bubble and fling himself out of the level? Because his health bar didn't move.

As a side note, I'm really enjoying the whole second half. I was kind of left thinking "man, there's so much they didn't cover."

And then I hit the pure awesome that is Chapter 9.

I thought of a few ways unfortunately involving more then one player (and another involving a later level that may be a wrap around) but I havn't got it yet.

You get it at a later chapter. Or you could try doing this.

Someone confirmed that there is some sort of new game+, I believe.  I have no idea what it amounts to.

AFAIK, it's the same thing, but you keep all your Magicks.

Pretty much. Basically I recommend that you play it through on singleplayer and then play it through on multiplayer.
