It seems like faeball isn't as competitive as it should be, yesterday someone who was level 10 got it. :-\

I suppose it depends on the time of the day. I had it 3 times for ~30 minutes for the first two and an hour on the last, giving me a total of ~9,000,000 gold. I ended up letting my opponents kill me because of the sheer boredom.

I probably shouldn't be starting something new with my internet spazzing out like it is, but then again, a text-based MUD doesn't really require a high-end internet connection, does it?

Let me put it this way. The first time I played this game was 8 years ago at home with a dial-up connection in a backwater province in Europe.

By the by, I read that you get enrollment privs upon acceptance into clan 10, so if one of you would come pick me up I'd be grateful.

I'll be on some of tomorrow, but I have a lot of chores to do; grocery shopping, general cleaning, and you wouldn't believe how quickly laundry piles up in this house. I'll probably be sitting on the faeball while playing Recettear so link me a couple of times if the first one didn't catch my attention.

Hey guys! Just wanted to pop in (probably my last post), and wanted to say all those who have joined so far. Shoutout to Jaxiku for participating in our first towngame with the Faeball. We lost, but this guy is good at PK like a natural champ. (I apologize for all the cussing and shouting, just got super hectic as you can tell from these situations :P)

Also, thanks everyone for coming out to faebat xp and the other xp forms.

Not really, my play time is about 9 hours and I'm at level 14 or 15, with :-\ level gear.

Being a thief is awesome. You can start every fight with a backstab(first hit advantage, with accuracy and damage bonuses, but it can fail and some mobs can't be backstabbed) and spam throw until you run out of throwing knives.

If you want quick levels, do zone exploration objectives(type EXPLORE O to see objectives for the current zone). So far, I've only seen ones for going into a certain room or killing a certain number of a type of mob(and one for picking up a certain item), but clearing all the objectives for a zone in a certain time limit(they reset when that happens) gives a pretty massive XP bonus. I leveled twice in about 20 minutes doing two of them.

Who else is still playing? I finally got into Clan 10 and I've yet to see the rest of you  :-\

Koin (Clan leader) was saying something about taking us crabbing (Killing Faecrabs overseas) once we can get a decent group together.
