Cackling grey flames - yes, CACKLING - leap and dance from crystal to crystal. Webs of... um... bloody hell, what is that? Anyway, webs of... stuff span crevasses that aren't there. And in the biggest crystal... something moves.

Setting out to find something to trade with, you float around the area. Every so often you think you see something out of the corner of your eye, but it vanishes when you turn to look. Eventually, you give up and return to the ship.

You're sure it's solid, despite the shapes in the distance diving in and out of it, because water can't have pits in it, which this clearly does. There's no sign of plant life anywhere, but there is an odd glow at the bottom of the pit, which you can't see from here.
There was ample warning given. Let it be known that this is the punishment for extended unexplained absence. If you explain that you will be unable to act for an extended length of time, your character will be put into stasis with no penalty until you return to the game.
