I thought that was the point of the game. Can a group of complete newbies successfully run a fort? The answer is. .perhaps!

Besides, I bet there's a better way to get that yummeh, yummeh magma without any unneccessary deaths.

Ugh, fine. You ARE a metal worker, we do need one of those I guess, so YOU ARE SPARED.

WHAT IN THE-That wasn't there when we started digging! Ugh, forget it for now, we have LOTS OF WOOD! There are other things to worry about, like bedrooms.

Ugh! This is the fifth time this guy's broken in! I'm sick of chasing him up the mountain only for him to hobble mysteriously out of our collective sight!

1st of Granite
A lot of things have happened since I. .became. .overseer of the fort, I "discovered' a magma source(But didn't harness it), I dug out a space for a hospital (But didn't furnish or designate it), I'm leading a military (Which, despite sending most of the year training can't even catch a goblin snatcher), and dug out some bedrooms! Well, ok, maybe I haven't accomplished much, but that's going to change soon!



Now that I have a pretty good place to flood with magma, I can build a screw pump and finally harness the-
*Knock knock knock*

I've updated the schedule.  I'm adding current people who have finished their turn to the end of the schedule.  Let me know if any changes need to be made.

Sorry for taking so long... Epic Battle Fantasy 3 was just released on Kongregate and I simply must play it. I will finish within the 3 day limit though.
I took a look at the save file and... It's too messed up for me. But that's what you get when playing succession games. :) I got to hurry because I also got another succession game turn on me.
Oh man... It seems I can't handle it. Just too confusing for me. I spent 2 hours trying to figure it out better and playing a little but I just can't play it if isn't my design... I guess I should quit. I probably won't be playing any succession games anymore... Maybe some that suit me more... I feel so bad for quitting. Sorry!

Well, grabbed the save. All I can say is, those spaces designed to be flooded with magma for the workshops...ugh. They seem to be too far away. Will have to fix that. And apparently a leatherworker was going fay...wood is no more in the stockpile, and there are goblin ambushers camping our exit door. The pit in front of the fortress will prevent traders from reaching us and prevent us from getting wood (which apparently that leatherworker needs to make his crap.
