Pokethulhu Combat Academy, Near Celephain

All four of you managed to enroll in some pretty much unknown Pokethulhu academy a year ago.  The first year was great.  Taught you most of what you know.  However, the second starts badly...

"I'm sorry, but the school's closing down." says your elderly teacher Franklin Scott, one of those few adults who doesn't fear everything that exists.  "I'm not making enough money to pay for the building or the thulhu required to instruct, and what little I've actually been able to buy has never made it to its destination.  It should be easy to get something from Celephain to this academy, but no...Go off!  Get a reputation!  Shoot trouble!  Not literally, of course.  Fix problems!  Catch things!  Stop costing me money!  Just...adventure or something!  Something should be going on somewhere!"

Somehow, you actually manage to get to the outskirts of the happy little coastal town Orangeport (known for a nice beach and a strange lack of a fishing industry).  You're sure you see smoke coming from the town.  A large plume of smoke.  Very, very large.  And smokey.

Well.  This vacation is already turning out to be a bit of a mess.
