Idk, I might use a combo of your two actions for a trick/trap... but then the grue will charge... so you might wanna deal with that first.
Just one grue left? ... I've got this one.

The remaining grue prepares its armaments... so basically, it grabs its giant wooden club...

Riftweaver casually strolls over to the troll, beleiving it to be of the idiot kind, and tries to play a ploy against him so that the party can pass without payment... Well, the troll doesnt fall for it, making Ochita's move more of a hinderance... [-3 Mana][-2 Mana] collapsing more ceiling and throwing his lanternball causes many problems...

While the lantern ball hits the grue, it's thick hide prevents any damage from the flames... The collapsed rock above the troll, well that is just bad, The troll evades the boulders, jumping onto the grue's side of the rift, and the boulder collapses the bridge!!! Oh, and Riftweaver also made it to grue-side.

Fredrick the 23 cast/throws a lesser flame elemental at the other side of the rift! [-5 Mana]

It' makes it to the other side, but wasn't given a command along with the cast, so it just sits (stands? floats? hovers?) there... Doyll and Tilk are now held completely helpless (or are they?) in helping Riftweaver, or getting to the other side...

"Well, now it seams our hero's have gotten themselves into a little predicament, helpless and obviously doomed, Riftweaver stands against an angry Troll, and a hungry Grue, both seeking vengance for lost beloveds..." A Voice starts talking, everyone including the monsters, are completely terrified by this new being... but quickly are struck with amnesia of the event and contenue the PLOT!!!

All 5 Players are in the same room, a giant amphetheater of a cave opening, there is natural light shining in, and a rift running across it seperating the only two exits by land. There used to be a bridge spanning this rift, guarded by a Toll Troll, but was smashed by falling stones in an attempt to slay the Toll Troll. There are 3 Grue corpses on one side of the rift, opposite the majority of the heroes, and another angry and armed Grue. The Toll Troll is Angry. Fredrick the 23rd currently has 2 summoned creatures, a kobold and a lesser flame elemental, the kobold at his side, and the lesser flame elemental near Riftweaver, the Troll, and the Grue. Ye See Ye Flask.

I thought it obvious that I was trying to throw the flame elemental at the grue :/

Oh well. The flame elemental will attack the grue, I'll shout encouraging stuff to Riftweaver. The kobold can go hide behind a rock, or whatever it is that kobolds do when threatened. Wouldn't want to lose our lock opener.

I cast an enhancement spell on Riftweaver to improve his jumping ability so he can jump across the rift :3

Thats pushing it... your only lvl1, you might accually decrease his chances if you mis-cast...

two things wrong with that...

1) Grues aren't magikal so that will have no affect...
2) your back is at a seemingly bottomless chasm...

Also, you're forgetting the Toll Troll, the real threat...

Well then in that case I..I...cast drain magic on the troll who knows maybe it'll have some regeneration powers or something failing that Try circle strafing them while unloading my hand crossbow into the grue
