Just... how?
I killed hundreds of elves and animals with this adventurer and he had not even a scratch... and then a pansy wolf bites out a tooth from behind?! I just cant believe it  :'( ???

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

The tooth fairy got killed by a cat in some fort somewhere, the wolf is just taking over. Unfortunately he didn't read the job description, since wolves can't read. :D

But he did his job quite nicely anyway x) Didnt save him from being beaten to death with the tooth though.

It must have been Sniper-Wolf to be able to knock out a tooth FROM BEHIND without any other damages.

It means you are changing into a werwolf. The wolf inside you is comming out and it knocked your teeth out in the procces.
