Don't destroy the bridge, it has been proven effective(Poor humans, LAAT pull the wrong lever...)

I think the three different colours are probably Bauxite, but definitely not wood...

Is Zoey alive or was she killed by magma? Because I will be quite sad if she was executed :(

Unless Legion did something to the tombs during his turn, Zoey will have a nice little private resting place. Small comfort, I know.

Sorry for no recent update. Two things happened. First, I broke my finger and it is harder to type. Secondly, I went on a short, weekend vacation. I'm back,, though, so don't worry.

I apoplgize for my short notice, but due to me being an ass, not having enough time, and having been stupid enough to make too many commitments, I don't have enough time to play.

Just take me off the list for now. I may play later, but I simply lack the time right now. With school classes, theater (which my parents are making me do), debate (which my parents are making me do), clubs (which my school is making me do) and others (my own fault, probably most of the problem), and homework, I simple have no time for dwarf fortress. Some other time, maybe.

Take the save from the LAAT Legion. And whoever you are, get some booze, for the love of god.

Has Eagle picked up the save yet?  Tuxman can't play, and it's  been a few days with no response :(

IIRC, 'overkill' is not a concept that exists in the dwarven psyche.

I've updated the OP with the new information. Removed Tuxman and set Eagle as the active player.

12th of Obsidian, 1055: Well, I seem to have made an inappropriate comment on the tint of the king's new wall molding, so he's shipped me off to one of these godforsaken outposts they have the audacity to call cities.

1st of Granite, 1055: I thought I had seen the worst of the dwarves back in the mountainhome, but the slovenly fools around here disgust me. For Armok's sake, the entrance is covered in rotting bodies and stone scattered about. I saw the plans for an obsidian farm on my way in: good to know there's still some dwarves of intelligence here. The state of the military as I've seen it is horrible, I'm going to be calling a general meeting later to asses the damage.

2nd of Granite, 1055: Unbelievable! There's no steel in the entire fortress, aside from a few axes. We'll get enough steel to fight off a siege, and to hidden fun stuff with the elves!

12th of Granite, 1055: I have arranged for work to begin on an enormous magma reservoir, in case one of those dreadful colossi shows up. Those of you who have visited before will know the location: the hill just outside of the main entrance... I have also arranged for the destruction of most of the useless refuse. the bones will be removed before the incineration, of course.

28th of slate, 1055: Work on the resevoir is progressing nicely, I have ordered the construction of a wall to avoid any accidental magmatic fun.

2nd of felsite, 1055: I have ordered the production of gold floodgates for the courtyard I'm having built, as well as a system with which to flood the area in front of the gate with magma.
