no not after mating they can mate multiple time but the only live for a few weeks lol.
and there are male in the game as they are in the ant caste list.

Don't the soldier ants have the (feel no pain) token? i was wondering about this. couldn't find it on the wiki. I found it for antman but not the soldiers.

Damnit never mind i answered my own question it was there just didn't see it at first they DO NOT have the feel no pain token.

I think the only downside to Soldier Ant  Women is that they bleed out faster than other races.

Funny thing about snakemen; I did some testing, and paralysis is actually pretty rare.  It's more common with small creatures, but with any larger creature you pretty much have to inject in their left arm to get paralysis.  (Is DF somehow modeling blood flow?)  Anyway, if a snakeman successfully injects a larger creature that creature will generally have more then enough time to randomly target and crush the head... before suffocating a few dozen moves later.

Needs more archers.
