Oh, I'm an idiot. I'm not sure how I got to the conclusion that we all have 280 points and races subtract from that total, but I did. I'll just go and fix that now.

Yeah, I don't know for sure.  It only takes two hands for them to wield a crossbow and they have four hands so I figured it would probably work.  If not I'm sure someone will pipe up or I'll find out the hard way.

I just created a soldier ant woman with a bow and crossbow in the arena and only bolts were fired so it doesn't look like it works.
